Natalie is a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group.

Natalie has experience managing development applications at all stages of the approval process, including draft plan of subdivision applications, zoning by-law amendments, site plan applications, consents and minor variances.

She assists public and private sector clients with the preparation of due diligence reports and planning opinions, and co-ordinates consultant teams to facilitate the submission and revision of application materials. Natalie also liaises with municipal, provincial and elected officials. She supports the firm’s municipal lawyers with the preparation and filing of appeals to the Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal), including the preparation of document books, exhibits, notices and supporting materials for hearings.
