Nancy approaches corporate matters with a strong focus on problem-solving. She takes the time to understand the moving parts behind each transaction and the factors that drive her clients' decision-making. Nancy's attention to detail, combined with her ability to ask insightful questions, allows her to anticipate potential issues and deliver well-rounded legal advice for her clients.
Nancy is a member of the firm's Corporate and Competition, Antitrust & Foreign Investment Groups. Her practice focuses on transactional, regulatory and advisory matters, as well as the purchase and sale of businesses. Nancy also works closely with clients on regulatory and compliance matters, including advising on compliance within the Competition Act.
Nancy joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
