Michelle advises clients on financing transactions from initial discussions through to closing. She takes a solution-oriented approach to the legal and commercial issues that arise during a transaction and identifies practical ways to maintain momentum toward closing.
Michelle is a member of the firm's Financial Services Group. She acts for lenders and borrowers on a range of financing transactions. Michelle's clients include banks, other financial institutions and companies seeking financing for acquisitions, business operations and other commercial purposes. Her business background enables her to understand the broader goals behind a financing arrangement and provide advice that supports those objectives.
Michelle joined Aird & Berlis as an associate after summering and articling at the firm.
