Mary is a law clerk in the firm’s Indigenous Practice Group. She has experience supporting Indigenous clients on matters involving Aboriginal law, alongside a strong background in complex corporate and commercial litigation. Mary’s expertise includes drafting detailed court and tribunal documents, managing the eDiscovery process, and interpreting and applying rules of procedure to support regulatory and administrative proceedings before courts and regulators across Canada.
