Lisa helps clients advance their real estate transactions and navigate the legal considerations that shape them. She is passionate about the tangible nature of real estate and takes pride in seeing the impact of her work reflected in the communities around her. Lisa is committed to building meaningful relationships with her clients and colleagues, bringing a collaborative, client-focused approach to her work.
Lisa is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group. Her practice encompasses a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, development, asset management and real estate structuring. Before relocating to Canada, Lisa practised real estate law in London, U.K., for more than 12 years. She draws on experience gained across both jurisdictions and through private practice and in-house roles, combining legal insight with a strong understanding of clients' business priorities. Lisa has worked across a variety of sectors and enjoys advising clients throughout the full lifecycle of their real estate investments and projects.
