Kelley is a law clerk in the firm’s Real Estate Group. She has over ten years of experience preparing and registering electronic title documents and opinions; closing and reporting transactions; and reviewing agreements of purchase and sale. She also assists with the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial and residential properties; drafting agreements, closing documents and land development documents; and reviewing title and due diligence searches.
