Julia is a law clerk in the firm’s Tax Group. Her
responsibilities include reviewing minute books and drafting various documents,
including asset and share purchase agreements, as well as annual and dividend
resolutions. Julia also assists with assembling record books, reporting on
complex tax transactions and handling ongoing corporate maintenance.
