Humna advises clients on general corporate and commercial litigation matters involving intersecting legal, regulatory and business considerations. She maintains a diverse practice and works with clients to manage risk and resolve issues at all stages of the litigation process. Her work is grounded in careful analysis and advocacy, with a focus on how evidentiary records, statutory frameworks and procedural issues shape strategy and outcomes.

Humna is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. She works with both private and public sector clients across a range of sectors and industries. Humna draws on her science background and experience with environmental and regulatory matters, bringing a detail-oriented approach to technically dense issues and translating them into actionable solutions for clients. She has previously advised on environmental compliance, risk management and regulatory strategy, including renewable energy approvals, mining-related matters, extended producer responsibility legislation and the environmental aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
