Humna helps clients address layered dispute resolution matters that involve intersecting legal, regulatory and business considerations. Her work is grounded in careful analysis and advocacy, with a focus on how evidentiary records, statutory frameworks and procedural issues shape strategy and outcomes. Humna draws on her science background and experience with environmental and regulatory matters, bringing a detail-oriented approach to technically dense issues and translating them into actionable solutions for clients.
Humna is a member of the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group. She works with clients across a range of sectors, including energy, infrastructure and life sciences, and provides guidance on intellectual property and Indigenous-related matters. Humna has advised on environmental compliance, risk management and regulatory strategy, including renewable energy approvals, mining-related matters, extended producer responsibility legislation and the environmental aspects of corporate and commercial transactions.
