Di is a junior law clerk in the firm's Tax Group. She assists with due diligence reviews, corporate searches and the maintenance of corporate records and minute books, including the preparation of annual meeting materials, dividend resolutions and other corporate governance documentation. Di also supports lawyers with corporate transactions, including incorporations, reorganizations and amalgamations.
