He represents various clients, including banks, creditors and court-appointed officers. Cristian’s work in the areas of insolvency and restructuring involves a range of proceedings, including security enforcement and restructuring litigation.

Representative Matters

Represented Northern Green Canada Inc., a vertically integrated Canadian licensed cannabis producer, in its sale to Curaleaf Holdings, Inc.

Successfully represented RBC in ensuring a receiver was appointed to manage the assets of Trans Emerge Transport Inc. in a $10.7-million debt case.
