About
Anna is a member of the firm’s Municipal, Land Use Planning & Development Group. Her practice is focused on land use planning and development, as well as expropriation matters across Ontario. Anna regularly advises landowners, developers, institutional clients and municipalities on all stages of the planning process, including official plan and zoning by-law amendments, plans of subdivision, site plans, minor variances, consents and other development approvals under the Planning Act.
Anna represents clients before the Ontario Land Tribunal, the Divisional Court and the Committee of Adjustment, combining strong advocacy with practical, solutions-oriented guidance.
Anna also maintains an active expropriation practice, acting for both expropriating authorities and affected landowners in all stages of the expropriations process arising from public infrastructure and transit projects.
Anna is currently serving as a Member-at-Large on the executive of the Ontario Bar Association, Municipal Law Section, and regularly contributes to publications such as The Digest of Municipal and Planning Law. Anna is also a member of the firm’s Asian Heritage Committee.
