Andrew has developed a broad range of expertise across all major areas of real estate law, including land development, acquisitions, financing, dispositions and commercial leasing. Clients appreciate his strategic counsel, practical approach to solving problems and ability to focus on what’s important in order to cost-effectively close the deal.

Andrew is a member of the firm’s Real Estate Group. His practice involves advising on major multi-use development projects and high-profile matters with institutional/government clients. Andrew has also advised clients on collective agreements, grievances, arbitrations and general labour and employment matters. His depth of knowledge extends to advising clients in the mining sector as well as sports, media and entertainment industries. Andrew acts on behalf of various sports organizations as well as on behalf of both amateur and professional athletes.

Prior to joining Aird & Berlis, Andrew worked at an international law firm where he was the Chair of the firm’s Opinion Committee.
