Aird & Berlis is pleased to announce that Mistrale Lepage-Chouinard has joined the firm as a partner and member of our Real Estate Group.
Mistrale brings specialized expertise to clients engaged in commercial real estate matters primarily within Quebec and British Columbia. She advises on a variety of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and joint ventures.
With experience advising on real estate matters from all perspectives, Mistrale acts for both vendors and purchasers, landlords and tenants, lenders and borrowers, as well as REITs and other companies with large real estate portfolios.
