We are pleased to announce that Leonard Baranek has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate Group.
Lenny has extensive experience working with developers, REITs, builders, lenders, landlords and tenants in commercial, industrial and mixed-use projects. He advises them on complex real estate matters such as project development, financings, acquisitions and dispositions and joint ventures.
