Aird & Berlis Welcomes Stefanie Holland as Chief Growth Officer

We are pleased to announce that Stefanie Holland has joined the firm as Chief Growth Officer.

In this role, Stefanie leads the firm's business development, marketing and communications functions and advises on the firm's growth strategy, with a focus on client experience, business development and service excellence.

Stefanie is a strategic leader who is passionate about helping organizations succeed in an increasingly competitive marketplace. She works closely with clients to understand their priorities and anticipate their needs, gaining insights that help strengthen relationships and build trusted partnerships. Drawing on those insights and a collaborative approach, Stefanie helps shape initiatives that align the firm's services with what clients need and value most.

Stefanie brings a unique combination of legal, business development and client relationship expertise to the firm. She identifies opportunities to strengthen market positioning, showcase the breadth of the firm's experience and specialist expertise, and foster collaboration across industry and practice groups. Stefanie’s ability to connect client needs with strategic priorities helps organizations build stronger relationships and create meaningful opportunities.

Before joining Aird & Berlis, Stefanie practised as a commercial litigator for 15 years at a national full-service law firm and appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and other tribunals. She subsequently moved into senior management roles focused on business development and client engagement. This experience gives Stefanie a deep understanding of client service expectations and how organizations can exceed them to deliver outstanding value.
