Chrysalis Capital IX Corporation Completes Qualifying Transaction with Inspira Financial Inc.

On July 8, 2015, Chrysalis Capital IX Corporation, a capital pool company, completed its qualifying transaction consisting of the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Inspira Financial Inc. by way of a “three-cornered amalgamation” pursuant to the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia). Pursuant to the Qualifying Transaction, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chrysalis IX amalgamated with Inspira, Chrysalis IX continued into British Columbia and Chrysalis IX amalgamated with Amalco. Chrysalis IX is now a British Columbia corporation called “Inspira Financial Inc.” and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “LND”.

Inspira targets small healthcare providers throughout the United States by offering revolving lines of credit and loans ranging from $250,000 to $10 million and is able to generate yields of up to 20% annually, represented by a mixture of interest and fees.
