Miranda Spence is a member of the firm's Litigation Group.


Miranda maintains a broad litigation practice, with an emphasis on general commercial, restructuring and insolvency, and construction disputes. She appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, including the Commercial List, the Bankruptcy Court and the Construction Lien Masters, and has appeared as counsel at all levels of the Ontario courts.

Miranda frequently acts as a mentor to the firm's summer and articling students, as well as to law students through the University of Toronto's alumni mentorship program. In 2016, Miranda was appointed to The Advocates' Society's Young Advocates' Standing Committee for a two-year term.
