Medipharm Labs Inc. Completes $22.3 Million Private Placement
On June 29, 2018, MediPharm Labs Inc. completed a private placement of 2,070,571 units at a price of $10.778 per Unit for aggregate proceeds of approximately $22,316,600 in connection with its proposed business combination with POCML4 Inc.
Each Unit consists of one class A common share and one half of one share purchase warrant. Each Warrant may be exercised at a price of $15.216 in exchange for one MediPharm class A common share until the date that is 24 months following the closing date of the Transaction.
MediPharm is a licensed Canadian cannabis manufacturer specializing in the pharmaceutical production of oil products. In June 2018, MediPharm commenced the construction of an extraction facility in Australia after completing its application process to extract and import medical cannabis products into Australia.
