First Capital Realty Inc. (“First Capital”) completed the co-venture acquisition of a 27-acre mixed-use redevelopment site located at the northeast corner of Lake Shore Boulevard West and Park Lawn Road in Toronto for a total purchase price of approximately $26 million.
