Canadian Schedule I Bank Assists Automotive Parts Manufacturing Companies through Refinancing

Sanjeev Mitra and Kyle B. Plunkett

A major Canadian bank undertook the urgent refinancing of five related companies involved in the automotive parts sector. As the companies were suppliers to a number of well-known automobile manufacturers, liquidity of the businesses could have had far-reaching consequences for the supply chain of major automotive sector participants.

Aird & Berlis advised the bank with a team that was led by Sanj Mitra and included Alyssa Gebert and Kyle Plunkett.
