Corinna Prior

Land Use Planner

Corinna Prior is a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group.

Corinna thrives on the challenge of managing and solving complex problems. She advises private and public sector clients on a broad range of planning and municipal issues, including assisting with development applications and appeals, research on planning policy and the preparation of materials for public and City Council meetings. She also prepares draft amendments, exhibits, document books, notices and other supporting materials for Local Planning Appeal Tribunal hearings.

Corinna has an extensive background in the heritage sector and a deep interest in the impact that these unique properties have on the urban and rural contemporary fabric. She works on property designations, Heritage Conservation Districts and broader heritage policies.
