Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) - Are You Prepared for July 1?

Date: Wednesday, April 19, 2017
Time: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m. ET

Some of the most significant changes to Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) will take place in a few months. On July 1, 2017, the transitional provision of CASL will expire and a private right of action will be in force. It is more important than ever that businesses are CASL-compliant. Potential damages of up to $1 million per day may be imposed on those that are not.

In this webinar, our panel of experts will discuss the following:

  • End of the transitional provision
  • Private Right of Action
  • Modes of CASL enforcement
  • Guidelines for complying with CASL
