Telecommunications Company Completes $160 Million Indirect Sale

The family owners of a large telecommunications company recently completed a $160 million indirect sale of their business through an auction process. A&B acted as special M&A and regulatory counsel with a team led by Martin Kovnats and including Peter Czegledy, Jeffrey Merk and Mathew Goldstein (Corporate/M&A), Barbara Worndl (Tax), Barbra Miller (Labour and Employment) and Stephen Zolf (Regulatory).
