Nucap Refinances Global Manufacturing Businesses
Nucap Industries Inc. refinanced its global manufacturing businesses in Canada, the United States, Spain, Ireland and Luxembourg with an amended and restated credit agreement and a revised lending syndicate. The global security package of the lending syndicate was confirmed and renewed.
