LL Capital Corp. Completes Qualifying Transaction with Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions, Inc.
On June 29, 2015, LL Capital Corp., a capital pool company, completed its qualifying transaction consisting of the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares in the capital of Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions, Inc. by way of a “three-cornered amalgamation” pursuant to the provisions of the Canada Business Corporations Act, whereby a wholly-owned subsidiary of LL Capital amalgamated with Syncordia and each Syncordia shareholder received one post-consolidation common share in the capital of LL Capital for every Syncordia Share held by them.
The resulting issuer is now named Syncordia Technologies and Healthcare Solutions, Corp. and trades on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol “SYN”.
Syncordia has operations in North America and Europe, and is focused on investing in, partnering with and growing revenue cycle management companies where proprietary technology can be used as an accelerator.
