Baylin Technologies Inc. Completes Acquisition of Radio Frequency and Microwave Divisions of Advantech Wireless Inc.

Baylin Technologies Inc. (“Baylin”) (TSX: BYL), a leading global wireless technology company with over 39 years of experience in designing, producing and supplying innovative antennas, recently completed an acquisition of assets from the radio frequency and microwave divisions of Advantech Wireless Inc. and certain of its affiliates (the “Acquisition”). 

On January 17, 2018, Baylin completed the Acquisition through newly incorporated, wholly-owned subsidiaries for the purchase price of $49 million (subject to customary adjustments). To finance a portion of the cash consideration payable pursuant to the Acquisition, Baylin entered into a $33 million term loan with Crown Capital Partners Inc. (the “Debt Financing”).
