A&B Assists Sitecore Group in Acquisition
Aird & Berlis LLP acted as counsel to the Sitecore group of companies, global leaders in customer experience management software, in their acquisition of the CommerceServer.net business, a former Microsoft product line, from SMITH. Sitecore was advised on the transaction by a team led by Peter Czegledy (Corporate) and Joel Rose (Corporate), that included Jeremy Burke (Corporate), Jesse Rosensweet (Corporate), Ron Choudhury (Tax), and Barbra Miller (Employment). The transaction closed successfully on November 15, 2013.
