A&B Advises Dispensaries on Municipal Matters

Aird and Berlis has advised marijuana dispensaries with respect to the municipal powers and enforcement authorities under the Municipal Act, 2001 and the City of Toronto Act, 2006 related to municipal zoning, licensing and prosecutorial powers under the aforementioned statutes and various municipal by-laws.
