A&B Acts in Formation of Skyline Retail REIT and $94M Acquisition
A&B acted for Skyline Enterprises Management Inc. in the formation and initial acquisitions of Guelph Ontario-based Skyline Retail Real Estate Investment Trust. The Skyline Retail REIT is comprised of national anchor tenants spread out across Ontario’s secondary and tertiary cities. The initial $94M portfolio acquisition comprised 19 properties in 13 Ontario communities totaling 445,000 square feet of commercial space. Anchor tenants in the initial portfolio include Tim Hortons, Shoppers Drug Mart, Canadian Tire, Pizza Pizza, LCBO and The Beer Store.
