Steven's practice focuses on commercial real estate, including the acquisition and disposition of real property, leasing and financing transactions.
Steven advises clients on the purchase, sale and finance of commercial, industrial and residential properties including shopping centres, long-term care facilities and office buildings. He also acts for private and institutional lenders and borrowers in their financing transactions. In his leasing practice, Steven advises landlords and tenants in a variety of leasing matters, including the leasing of office, commercial and industrial premises.
