Norman has practised in the area of real estate law for 27 years with a focus on Canadian and cross-border commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, financings, leasing, dispositions and insolvency matters relating to development properties, office buildings, retail property, residential apartment complexes, industrial buildings, nursing homes, retirement residences and hotels.
Norman is involved in structuring Canadian and cross-border partnerships, joint ventures, syndications and ground leases.
