Randy Hooke has been a partner of the firm since 1992 and a member of the firm's Real Estate Group.

PracticeRandy practises in the area of real estate law, including land development; subdivision and condominium development; acquisitions, financing and sales, both residential and commercial; commercial leasing and lease enforcement; real estate joint venture structuring; non-resident acquisition of commercial real estate; land assemblies; real estate financing, including term loans and construction financing; and mortgage enforcement proceedings. Randy acts on behalf of real estate developers, municipalities and financial institutions.
