Bill VanderBurgh is counsel to the firm and a former member of the Corporate/Commercial, Mines & Minerals, Technology and Communications Groups, as well as the Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity, Sports & Media and Communications Groups. As a member of the firm's management committee during the 1980s and 1990s, he was responsible for liaising with the firm's executive director on financial matters.
