Tony is a senior member of the firm's Capital Markets, Corporate Commercial, Financial Services, Mergers & Acquisitions/Private Equity and Venture Finance Groups. He practises in the areas of corporate, banking and commercial law with an emphasis on venture capital (venture debt and private equity), mergers and acquisitions, syndicated loans, senior and subordinated/mezzanine financings, secured lending, asset and share sale transactions, shareholder arrangements, securities and cross-border transactions. Tony regularly acts as counsel for several Canadian and U.S. chartered banks, venture capital/private equity funds and other institutional investors and lenders.
