A problem solver by nature, Stephen plans for contingencies and carefully considers all details of a transaction. Stephen enjoys interacting with clients to address their corporate and commercial issues, balance the risks involved in their particular situation, and help them stay informed of emerging market trends.

Stephen practises corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, financings and regulatory matters for private and public companies. Stephen also has experience with a number of clients in the energy sector relating to corporate transactions and compliance.
