Stan draws on his experience as a law clerk at the Tax Court of Canada to help clients navigate the complexities of Canada’s tax laws.

Stan is a member of the firm’s Tax Group. His practice focuses on domestic and international tax planning as well as the structuring of business transactions.

As a law clerk, Stan assisted judges with a broad range of appeals, including income tax, GST/HST, employment insurance, Canada Pension Plan and Indigenous tax. Stan also worked on procedural and jurisdictional matters.

Stan is a contributor to Tax Profile and Tax Notes International

Prior to clerking, Stan summered and articled at Aird & Berlis.
