Sandra Marki is a land use planner in the firm’s Municipal & Land Use Planning Group.

Sandra specializes in preparing and managing complex development applications on behalf of private and public sector clients. She works with client teams, coordinates with a range of consultants and liaises with various municipal staff and other government representatives to solve problems, navigate the development approval process and secure approvals. She assists the firm’s municipal lawyers with the preparation of opinions, draft zoning by-law amendments and agreements, as well as exhibits, document books, notices and other supporting materials for Ontario Land Tribunal (formerly the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal) hearings. She also works with clients to satisfy various conditions of approval.

Sandra conducts research, prepares memoranda and provides planning advice as part of the due diligence work conducted by the firm’s lawyers.
