Patricia A. Foran

Partner Admitted to the Ontario Bar: 1993

Patricia is a member of the firm's Municipal & Land Use Planning Group. She acts primarily for private developers with respect to a full range of land use planning matters. Her depth of experience allows her to navigate complex situations, ensuring that her clients’ needs are taken care of from the beginning of a land development proposal to final approval. In an increasingly evolved area of law, Patricia is known for strategic pursuit of her clients’ business objectives.

She regularly appears before the Ontario Municipal Board for hearings and mediations; presents at municipal councils and committees; and liaises with provincial and municipal staff. She has appeared at the Ontario Superior Court, Divisional Court and Court of Appeal on land use planning matters.
