Dillon is a pragmatic and efficient problem solver, dedicated to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients and their businesses. He is a confident public speaker who leverages his advocacy skills to achieve fair, expeditious and cost-sensitive resolutions to challenging conflicts.

Dillon is a member of the firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution Group, and maintains a diverse corporate, commercial and financial services litigation practice. He is well-versed in handling contractual disputes, injunctions, class actions, construction law, intellectual property law, environmental, shareholder and regulatory disputes as well as quasi-criminal regulatory matters. He has represented individuals and corporations, including small and large businesses, financial institutions, municipalities and court-appointed receivers, before all levels of the courts in Ontario.

Dillon summered and articled at Aird & Berlis before joining the firm as an associate. He briefly left Aird & Berlis to work as an associate at an independent litigation firm.
