As a member of the firm's Real Estate Group, Daniel advises owners, developers, joint ventures, partnerships, real estate investment trusts and pension funds in connection with the acquisition, development and disposition of commercial real estate. He also acts for landlords and tenants on various leasing matters, including single-tenant building leases, build-to-suit leases, ground leases, office leases and retail leases.
