Meghan A. Cowan, Fiona Brown, Michael F. Horvat and Lorenzo Lisi

2017 was an interesting year for the Canadian workplace, and many big changes are on the horizon. The Ontario government’s passing of Bill 148, the Fair Workplaces, Better Jobs Act, 2017, will affect employers' rights and obligations beginning in early 2018, and the impending legalization of marijuana slated for July 2018 has employers considering the impact on their business.

In this webinar, Aird & Berlis workplace law experts will discuss the top labour and employment issues that arose in 2017, and will go through anticipated trends for the new year.

  • Top Issues from 2017 Labour and Employment Law Cases
