The 2009 Mid-Market Award was presented to Mistral Equity Partners LLC and WorldLynx Wireless LP at the third annual Canadian Dealmakers Gala on March 3, 2010. Aird & Berlis LLP was recognized for our advisory role in representing Mistral Equity Partners in the September 2009 deal that consolidated 10 independent Bell and Bell Aliant dealers across Canada, creating the largest independent Bell dealer in Canada with 53 retail locations, seven business-to-business sales offices, nearly 500 employees and one of the largest direct sales forces in the country.
