Aird & Berlis LLP is proud to announce that Ken Clark and David Reiter have been appointed partners of the firm.
Ken Clark was called to the Ontario Bar in 2001 and is member of our Intellectual Property and Corporate/Commercial Practice Groups. His practice focuses primarily on IP law including trade-marks, copyright, patents and related areas such as Internet law, and he is a registered Trade-mark Agent. Prior to entering the field of law, Ken worked as a mechanical design engineer and a computer systems administrator.
Called to the Ontario Bar in 2000, David Reiter is member of our Litigation Group. David's practice focuses on a variety of civil and quasi-criminal regulatory matters. He regularly appears as counsel before various levels of Ontario courts, conducting civil trials and criminal trials both with and without juries. He has also represented clients in the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on matters ranging from trials to sentencing hearings.
