Ken's practice focuses on all areas of corporate and commercial finance, restructuring and creditor enforcement matters. He has extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in matters regarding asset-based, syndicated, secured, mezzanine, subordinated debt, and film and quasi-equity financings, both domestic and cross-border.
He has also been involved in various corporate reorganizations and workouts.
Ken is approved counsel for and represents a number of major financial institutions, including BDC, CIBC, Fifth Third Bank, PNC Bank, Royal Bank of Canada, Wellington Financial, Wells Fargo and Salus Capital. He also has extensive experience in a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution, logistics, retail, packaged goods and automotive in connection with a variety of financing and enforcement matters.
